Leander is responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Bate Collection.
As Assistant to the Head of the Collection, Leander supports the day-to-day running of the Bate Collection, with responsibilities spanning communications, digital content, collection management and care, visitor engagement, events and instrument loans. The role includes managing the Collection’s website and social media, producing print and digital materials, and managing image licensing, as well as supporting events, volunteers, access and education initiatives. Collection responsibilities include preparing and managing loan documentation, supporting instrument moves and cataloguing, and contributing to the care and conservation of the Collection.
