Yuchen Zhang

Yuchen Zhang is a Master’s student in Musicology at the University of Oxford, where her research focuses on the interplay between the religious and the secular in Chinese music traditions. Her interdisciplinary background in music and archaeology informs her deep interest in musical instruments as cultural artefacts—an interest she brings to her volunteer work at the Bate.
